Refund policy

Every card is made to your own design, so it cannot be sold to anyone else. For that reason it is not covered by the usual 14 day right to change your mind.

Before you check out you can remove a card from your basket and start again as many times as you like. Once an order is placed, the design is fixed and production begins.

If your card arrives damaged, or it is not the design you made, we will replace it or refund it. Get in touch at hello@enavett.com, or through our contact page, within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the problem.
